I took My wife and younger daughter to Arion Aircraft in Shelbyville, TN to evaluate the Lightning XS. 

It is the larger version of the LSA Lightning. It sports a Lycoming 320, 160hp engine and beefed up landing gear, among other things. It really does go like lightning!  Nick Otterback is part owner and Priciple engineer/designer of the Lightning and was most gracious to host us for a Saturday visit to his facilities.
