* Cut remaining holes in fuselage tail for bolt and cable access
* I nstalled rudder brackets
* Sanded rudder edges
* Temporarily installed rudder
* Cut wing & horizontal stab spar slots
* Cut elevator bellcrank slot in seat back
* 6 hrs
Lower rudder bracket
Both lower and upper brackets had to have the swivel bearing peened into place
Rear Fuselage
Rear Fuselage with all access holes drilled
Upper rudder bracket
I'm attaching the upper rudder bracket for the umteenth time.
The tape at the top of the vertical stab is for spacing the rudder
Spacer didn't work too well. The bracket had to be bent slightly to raise the rudder off of the vert. stab.
