* With the help of several friends the left and right wings were slid into the support structure in the fuselage. Some wing skin edge needed removed on both wings to allow them to go in far enough for all the mounting holes to line up. The holes didn't line up well vertically and the trailing edge of the left wing was pretty high with the leading-edge low. The right wing was sitting a bit high front and back too. With all this going on something is amiss with the instructions (or my interpretation). The mounting holes for the structure should not have been pre-drilled and torqued down. Instead the wings and structure should have been assembled loose in the fuselage, positioned, holes marked from the inside, all disassembled and then drilled and bolted into place. Now the holes have been relocated (hopefully enough) with chopped fiber filling the previous positions.
* The canopy inner edge has been fileted and sanded and is awaiting sandable primer to find imperfections.
Lots of pushing and shoving to get the wing mounting holes to line up
I had lots of help but no one wanted in the picture
It is starting to look like an airplane
With much struggling the wings are pined into place
Initial fit isn't good.
