*  Epoxy/chopped fiber + 5 layers of glass cloth were added as reenforcement at butt end of elevators where tie bar mounts. This is due to sanding/trimming for tie bar to fit. The mounting wall got to thin. this was accomplished through a 1" diameter access hole on the bottom of the elevators.
