*  Sanded the edges of the horizontal stabs to move the hinge line forward very slightly, about 3/16

*  Added new slots for hinge relief

*  If I was thinking a bit more clearly Iwould have just moved the stab mounting brackets and AOI forward instead. I was reluctant to do that since the stab lined up so well with the fillet on the fuselage. In hindsight that doesn't matter since there will be a new fillet added between the stab and fuselage anyway.
