** Sad to say, that after several tries to calibrate the fuel level sensors, the left tank was left full of fuel. The next morning I discovered a good drip from the bottom of the wing. After consulting with Nick at Arion, it was determined that the tanks were not slosh sealed. After all the trouble I had just getting the tanks into the wing there is no way I will remove them again. Off the wings come. Nick is sending me the cleaning and sealing material and both tanks will be sloshed without removal. I will suspend the wings from the overhead hangar structure so they can be rotated and tilted (with help from friends). Wing removal wasn't too bad. I did it myself. When I ran the wiring I made sure to add connections in anticipation of this very possibility. My friends, and wife, say I am not to maneuver the wings again by myself. I didn't think it was such a big deal.
** So, if you don't want to do this, make sure the tanks are sealed well before installation. BTW, I did test the tanks with fuel, and pressure tested them before installation. But they fit so tight I think some cracks in the edges broke open while pushing them in. I did not use internal sealing material.
