** I recessed the elevator countersink washers using a wood drill bit. It was just the right diameter. I just had to be carful of the depth.
** I started to look at the matting of the cowl halves. The inlets are oval so they will have to be cut down to match. The spinner shows how much of a mismatch there is. This is probably intended so there would be plenty of material to work with.
** I have asked that the new starter ring not be drilled and tapped. It does not match the propeller brush ring.
** I made mounts for the EFII electric fuel pump and aileron autopilot servo from 6" X 2" aluminum C channel. I then located where I wanted them to be and epoxy/floxed them in place. The servo arm attaches to the left aileron attaching bolt.
