** I purchased an EarthX battery for the Lightning which lets me now run the flaps up and down. Moving them let me find where the position sensor needed to be. I used model airplane, (Great Lakes), ball joints to make the connection. I got full sensor movement and a strain free setup. The sensor is on the right fuselage sidewall under the seat.
** I want the headphone & USB cords to be behind the seats so they don't get tripped on or snagged. Using Solidwork I designed a corner bracket that will go behind the seat back and hold the plugs. These brackets were 3D printed and will be bonded into the plane in each seat back corner.
