* removed spacing washers from under rudder mounting brackets
* Redrilled all holes for the elevator hinges
* Set up angle at 25 deg from neutral (3.5 deg down) and checked for clearance with rudder. All is good finally.
* Sanded stab tips to get 15 deg down movement. The lower stab trailing edge still needs sanded for full movement down
25 Deg Up Elevator
The is to check clearance with rudder after moving the hinge line forward
25 Deg Up Elevator
25 deg up from neutral. Neutral is 3.5 deg down. This is at the elevator's widest place.
Centered Rudder Clearance
With centered rudder there is plenty of clearance. This is after moving the hinge line forward.
Full Left Rudder Clearance
With full left rudder there is plenty of clearance. This is after moving the hinge line forward.
